    Home Staging provides the setting for potential buyers to visualize themselves in the home. Neutralizing and updating the decor, freeing the space from clutter and depersonalizing makes the home appealing to a wider spectrum of buyers. Home staging helps sell your home for a better price in a shorter period of time.

  • Consultation

    In-house Consultation

    We will walk through your home and give you a report on our recommendations to get your home ready for sale. This can be a verbal assessment as we go room by room with the client or a written assessment with details and accompanying photos. The starting rate is $150 for a verbal or $250 for a written detailed report.

    Occupied Homes - If the client decides to work with us, we will go through your home and take detailed notes and prepare a bid depending on the size and magnitude of the project. Once the bid is accepted, we come in and do the hands on staging to get your home ready for sale. We will work with the homeowners Furnishings along with bringing in some additional pieces if needed

    Vacant homes - We wil give recommendations to bring in rented furniture and artwork, and will work with the client on as much or as little they prefer.

    We will help homeowners organize, de-clutter and redo their decor.
